1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and gdaje ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gdaje website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and all related features available at gdaje.org. Access to the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

gdaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

1.3 Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to be consistent with applicable laws. gdaje operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in any gaming or betting activity is lawful in their jurisdiction. gdaje makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside the intended service area.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the gdaje platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. gdaje reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where provided information is determined to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be a resident of or legally present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform
• You must be registering and playing for your own personal use only, not on behalf of any third party
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of a gdaje employee

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on the gdaje platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gdaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify gdaje customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. gdaje shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

gdaje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gdaje does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the gdaje account holder.

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt by gdaje's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction. gdaje does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. gdaje is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider's systems.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours subject to identity verification and payment provider processing times
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request
• gdaje may request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal above a defined threshold

3.4 Funds Security

Player funds held on the gdaje platform are maintained separately from gdaje's operational funds. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption. gdaje employs automated fraud detection to identify suspicious transaction patterns. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent payment activity will be suspended immediately and the matter referred for investigation.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players and are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. gdaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on the platform are not eligible for new-player bonuses.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted
• Wagering requirements and their applicable game contributions are disclosed on the specific promotion page before the offer is claimed
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account; real-money funds are always withdrawn first

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus or promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating bets with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting errors in promotion configurations — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to conceal the origins of funds
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or payment systems
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gdaje staff or other platform users via any communication channel

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where gdaje determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, gdaje may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any open or settled bets; withhold and forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals; report the activity to relevant authorities; and pursue legal action where applicable. gdaje's determination in such matters is final.

6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

gdaje is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Players have access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options directly from their account dashboard at any time. These tools are provided free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support from relevant organisations.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gdaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. gdaje does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond gdaje's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

6.3 Game Results & Fairness

All game outcomes on the gdaje platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for slot and virtual games, and by real physical outcomes for live dealer games hosted by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. gdaje does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical game results are logged and may be reviewed upon request through customer support. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

7.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the gdaje platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of gdaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without gdaje's prior written consent.

7.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your gdaje account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not affect your eligibility to use responsible gaming self-exclusion tools.

7.3 Account Termination by gdaje

gdaje reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required identity verification; or any conduct that gdaje determines to be detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, gdaje may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
